ZACH LESNICK, President
Zach, a graduate of SUNY Cortland, is a Mortgage Advisor for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, where he provides current and future homeowners with mortgage financing on purchase and refinance transactions. After growing up in Rush, NY, Zach now lives in Jaimie’s hometown of Rochester, where they met, got married, and bought their first home together. Zach enjoys golfing, exercising and spending time with loved ones, and looks forward to honoring his wife by leading the efforts of Jaimie’s Bridge to ensure an equitable future for all.
JUSTIN MAGEE, Vice President
Justin Magee, the oldest of the Magee siblings, graduated from St. John Fisher College with a BS in Marketing and Business Management. As the President of Paradigm Environmental Services, he oversees the organization’s finance, business development and marketing activities, as well as the strategic planning for the company. Husband to Julie and Dad to James and Delaney, there is nothing more important to Justin than family. As Jaimie’s older brother, he remains dedicated to protecting Jaimie and the things that were important to her through his work at Jaimie’s Bridge.
JORDAN MAGEE, Secretary + Treasurer
Jordan Magee is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer for Neu-Velle LLC, an Environmental Engineering and Consulting Firm. He is responsible for oversight of the firm’s financial responsibilities and business development activities. He earned his Bachelors of Business Economics from Loyola University Maryland and his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology. He currently lives in Pittsford New York with his wife, Allysa and two daughters, Logan and Emerson. They enjoy having fun outside, traveling to Keuka Lake, and doing everything they can with family. Jordan is Jaimie’s second oldest brother and absolutely adored his little sister. His goal at Jaime’s Bridge is to help others experience the gifts Jaimie offered countless people.
Jim Magee, Founder and CEO of Paradigm Environmental Services, is a loving father to Jaimie, Justin and Jordan Magee and husband to Joyce Magee.
Al, a graduate of the University at Buffalo, currently works in retirement services and previously worked in the health insurance industry for over a decade servicing internal colleagues and clients as they navigate their healthcare needs. In his spare time, Al enjoys golfing, working his greenhouse and has been an avid homebrewer for over a decade. Al was lucky enough to have Jaimie as his sister-in-law and enjoyed the charisma and happiness that she brought to every family gathering. Al aspires to continue to honor Jaimie’s memory and altruistic traits by working with Jaimie’s Bridge.
Brittany Mihaila currently works as an independent communications consultant, specializing in investor relations, internal communications, change management and sustainability communications. A graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, she currently lives in Denver, Colorado where she, her husband and her dog enjoy hiking, skiing, and making the most of each day - a valuable lesson they learned from Jaimie. Brittany and Jaimie met in college and spent the next 10 years as best friends (to each other, they were more like the sisters they never had). A cancer survivor herself, she is passionate about keeping Jaimie’s legacy alive through her work at Jaimie’s Bridge.
Kayla is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. She is living in Rochester, NY working as an Implementation Coordinator for an insurance broker agency. The Relph-Magee clan met when both the eldest brothers began playing basketball together in school. Kayla and Jaimie had a strong friendship that lasted for over 20 years filled with family vacations, laughter, dancing, and many memories. Through Jaimie’s Bridge, Kayla is excited to continue to support and build a strong path for others.
A Utica, NY native, Jenna currently resides in Rochester, NY working as a Marketing Manager for a local accounting firm. After many childhood trips to the area, she decided to settle down not far from the Magees following her time at SUNY Geneseo. Best friends since their sandbox days in Old Forge, Jenna and Jaimie shared many beautiful memories that will forever hold a special place in Jenna’s heart. She looks forward to continuing the mission of Jaimie’s Bridge and sharing Jaimie’s story for many years to come.
Maggie, a graduate of St. John Fisher College, holds a degree in Elementary and Special Education. Of her 14 years working with and teaching children, the last four years, she has been teaching 2nd grade at Rochester Prep’s West Campus. Maggie was fortunate enough to co-teach with Jaimie, and also to call her a good friend. Working with Jamie's Bridge will allow her to continue the mission of closing the gap for students, families and teachers in need.
